American ZOLL defibrillation pacing monitor M-Series (ZOLL) structure and composition The product consists of defibrillation pacing monitor mainframe, defibrillation handle (1001-0150-01 type), defibrillation pacing cable (MFC type), AAMI/IEC standard lead electrocardiography patient cable (1001-00310-12 type), rechargeable battery (PD4410 type) composition.
ZOLL defibrillation pacing monitor M-Series (ZOLL) scope of application :
The product is used to terminate the patient's tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation symptoms, can be semi-automatic external defibrillation, manual asynchronous defibrillation, synchronous cardioversion, non-invasive external pacing therapy for the patient, but also for the patient's electrocardiogram, pulse oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure, carbon dioxide at the end of expiration monitoring.
The product should be used by qualified medical personnel trained in the operation of the equipment and by personnel qualified in basic life support, advanced cardiac support, and defibrillation, either by a physician or under medical supervision.
Semi-automated external defibrillation therapy is used for suspected cardiac arrest in unresponsive, nonrespiratory, and pulseless patients 8 years of age and older. The heart rate analysis function is used for patients 8 years of age or older to automatically analyze the heart rate and perform subsequent therapy according to the results of the analysis (defibrillation recommended or not recommended). Manual asynchronous defibrillation therapy is used to treat ventricular fibrillation and nonperfused ventricular tachycardia in pulseless, unresponsive patients, and is indicated for patients aged greater than or equal to 29 days. Synchronized cardioversion is used to terminate atrial fibrillation in patients aged greater than or equal to 29 days. Noninvasive external pacing is used to treat patients with symptomatic bradycardia. It can also be used to help patients in cardiac arrest if used as an early tool, in patients aged greater than or equal to 29 days. Pulse oximetry monitoring can be used to monitor oxygen saturation and pulse rate in patients older than or equal to 29 days.
Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring allows non-invasive monitoring of arterial blood pressure in patients with an upper arm circumference greater than 21 centimeters and age greater than or equal to 12 years. End-expiratory carbon dioxide monitoring can be used in patients older than or equal to 29 days and provides respiratory rate values.
