Description
QIAGEN QIAcuity fully integrated solutions feature an automated workflow, combined with faster analysis times, scalability, higher multiplexing and higher throughput than other digital PCR platforms on the market. QIAcuity systems offer a greatly simplified emulsion-free workflow, with the more conventional pipetting of reaction mixtures into 96 or 24 well plates (dedicated QIAGEN digital PCR nanoplates).
Results The QIAcuity Digital PCR System is designed to provide accurate quantitative results for mutation detection, copy number variation (CNV), gene expression studies, gene editing analysis, and more. This nanoplate-based system can fully automate standard dPCR workflows for sample distribution, PCR amplification, and imaging in a fraction of the time.
QIAGEN QIAcuity is a Nanoplate-Based Digital PCR System
The four QIAcuity digital PCR systems of different models on the market have the highest 5-color fluorescence detection channel and a 1-channel reference fluorescence channel, which can effectively monitor the loading conditions in the nanochip holes and obtain more accurate results. Not only that, QIAcuity Eight can also accommodate the throughput of 8 chips, and the internally loaded dual thermal cycle module achieves a throughput of up to 1,248 samples in 8 hours.

Advantages
Seamless integration and fast results Sample distribution into microwells inside the plate wells, thermal cycling, visualization, and data analysis – all combined in a single system. The use of dedicated nanoplates for digital PCR provides results in approximately 90 minutes, compared to more than 4 hours with other digital PCR systems. Standard plate formats automate the sample preparation process, further reducing hands-on time.
Scalable with high multiplexing capabilities QIAGEN QIAcuity system is available in various models with different bandwidths – 1, 4, and 8 tablets. The systems contain up to 5 detection channels, which allows for maximum multiplexing in sample analysis, thereby comparing QIAquity digital PCR technology with the capabilities of traditional real-time PCR and surpassing the capabilities of other digital PCR systems on the market.
Various Plate Configurations The QIAquity System offers various types of nanoplates with microwells to suit the different performance and assay sensitivity requirements. For example, for applications requiring higher throughput, such as gene expression analysis, dedicated 96-sample plates will provide a sample distribution of 8,000 microwells. For more sensitive applications such as the detection of rare mutations, QIAGEN offers plates that can analyze up to 24 samples with a sample distribution of 36,000 microwells.
