Abbott CELL DYN Emerald 22 Hematology Analyzer
Small, simple, and smart
With reduced budgets, shrinking laboratory space and less qualified medical staff, many laboratories need a solution that lets them do more with less. The CELL-DYN Emerald 22 is a full performance hematology analyzer for smaller clinical laboratories seeking better productivity with small spaces.
For in vitro diagnostic use.
CELL DYN Emerald 22 is one of the smallest 5-part differential analyzers on the market and helps laboratories like yours conserve valuable workspace.
Description
CELL DYN Emerald 22 uses UNI-FLOW technology, including cyanide- and formaldehyde-free Lyse, flow cell, and optical bench. The Lyse destroys the red blood cell stroma and stabilizes the white blood cells, while it creates a chromagen for hemoglobin measurement using the same dilution.
The CELL-DYN Emerald 22 AL is a full performance, automated optical 5-part differential hematology analyzer that conserves valuable laboratory space with a small footprint and only two reagents, plus an onboard cleaner. It optimizes hematology workflow with 50 tubes load-up capacity and reducing hands-on time with touch-free scheduled daily maintenance, start-up, and shutdown.
Small and powerful
Specifically designed with space in mind doesn’t mean less functionality — it means more. The CELL-DYN Emerald 22 includes a numeric keypad entry, reagent tray, and integrated color touchscreen monitor.
Easy and automated
You and your staff will have fewer errors and better compliance using barcoded reagents as well as reduced hands-on time with touch-free scheduled daily maintenance, startup and shutdown.
Technology for all employees
CELL-DYN-Emerald 22's flexible interface is user friendly, offering easy training of software functions using the color touch screen and numeric keypad to bring employees up to speed quickly.
Smart technology means less time needed
With only three reagents and automated daily maintenance, you’ll get more operator time that will simplify inventory management and help reduce manual tasks.
