The Science Behind the Technology
X-ray fluorescence, or XRF, is a nondestructive method for elemental analysis used in our family of Vanta™ analyzers. All Vanta analyzers feature our proprietary Axon Technology™ for enhanced XRF signal processing. Ultra-low-noise electronics push the boundaries of X-ray detector performance, resulting in higher X-ray counts per second and faster, more reliable results.
