Key Features
Design & Environment: Built with sealed optics, quartz-overcoated mirrors, and an optional air purge to protect against dust and corrosive vapors. It features a rugged industrial LCD screen and a dedicated keypad rather than a fragile touchscreen.
Operation & Control: Offers standalone operation with automated wavelength and slit selection. It includes 2 fixed hollow cathode lamp positions (allowing one lamp to pre-warm while another measures) and deuterium background correction (185–425 nm).
Atomization System: Uses the Mark 7 spray chamber/nebulizer and Mark 7 burner system.
Expandability: Can integrate with Agilent's SIPS (Sample Introduction Pump System) for online dilutions and automated calibrations, or upgrade via an external PC running SpectrAA software
